Introduction
To achieve its goals, the RICET is structured into two major areas, namely: basic/applied research, clinical research, teaching programme, affiliated clinical groups, databases, biobanks and platforms; and programmes that correspond to each disease, group of diseases or clinical research.
Each programme has a co-ordinator, tasked with overseeing and ensuring the attainment of the goals which are set in the designated collaboration projects, by holding meetings, fostering mobility, arranging courses and undertaking any actions required for their implementation.
